You guys are all soooo lucky. The only thing that my clowns will host is...well... just look at my avatar.

My female clown has been making my green fuzzy 'shrooms home for quite a while now. My male just got into the action during the last couple of weeks...now he's made himself VERY comfortable there!!

Yeah, I know your pain...Bozo, my male has been making one of my powerheads home for quite while. I was glad that he and Cookie finally moved in together :cheer:

I'm so excited that A. my goofy BTA decided to move out of the cave it retreated into for the last 6 weeks (I moved the tank and made it angry) B. The anemone looks like it's going to survive a terrible bleaching C. My domestic raised clowns suddenly found it and are now hosting it.
Beautiful photos all!

From what I know toadstools are not really light demanding, of course the better the light the faster and bigger they will grow. I have a frag of a toadstool and because I don't have "high tech" lighting I have placed my toadstool up higher till it gets bigger. I have noticed a difference in doing so.
My maroon clown thinks it is a nice place to host but it is just to small right now and has turned to the hair mushrooms instead.

Fake or Real? It doesn't really matter to the fish. My two Clowns have a love hate relationship with a fake giant condy anemone that I bought . They love the condy and they hate anything that gets to close to it. They defend their home nomatter how big the threat is.
