If you didn't know -- double click the feed and you get a full size video. Simply amazing to see a 6.3 million gallon tank on my second monitor at work :)

The aquarium is designed for up to 6 full grown whale sharks.
The largest whale shark recorded is 40ft long. I am forgetting my numbers exactly (maybe Niger can help out), but the sharks in the aquarium range from about 24ft to 16ft. So they are young adults.
The fact they haven't added only more sharks since June 2007 suggests to me that they are done with only 4 sharks. All 4 sharks were collected from Taiwan's fish killing quota and saved from being killed for food. Taiwanese's quota has since been abolished.

Found out: November 2010.
I figured the actual construction is completed, they're probably just doing habitat related stuff now.
