The woman who trades on her good looks gets mad when after she poured herself into painted on jeans, she goes into the den of testasterone and get whooped and hollered at?
Mexican sports reporter Inez Sainz claims she was harassed by Jets football team players and coaches.
Sainz, who calls herself "the hottest sports reporter in Mexico," said she was exposed to cat calls, stares, and over thrown passes that landed next to her at practice last Saturday.
Attorney Amy Feldman told Mike and Sheinelle she "disagrees with the notion she can wear whatever she wants to wear and get the attention that has rocketed her to the top of her profession. And then be surprised when people are giving her exactly the type of attention that that outfit is designed to get. I don't believe this is a blame the victim sort of way when you have people who are dressing like that who get where they want to be in their profession by utilizing all their assets."
Feldman continued "if you're not going to dress like a professional, then don't expect to be treated like a professional." Feldman is disappointed that no one is telling Sainz "you have gotten exactly the type of attention that you are seeking do not now say how dare you they."
Feldman explained in a sexual harassment claim there are two criteria that must be met. First, is what was said objectively offensive? And second, was the victim subjectively offended by it? Feldman said "that's a much more difficult case to prove when you go around dressing to get exactly that attention."
Team owner Woody Johnson says he has apologized to Sainz. The NFL is looking into the allegations.
