The bta's would probably be best with your lighting...IDK though....And they don't eat your fish

Oh yeah, I'm getting a BTA...don't know if I could keep (or afford) mini carpets.
I hope mine looks as good as yours.

Are you getting it locally? Just look at it good...make sure its coloring is good, and the foot is one piece...you know....a damaged anemone will most surely die....

I'm going locally. I'm going to look around this weekend for a good one and have no doubt, I'll be picky. If I can't find a healthy one, I'll scope out a local reefer I guess. How did you get yours?

The one I have now I got from my NOT SO LFS.....I had gotten them from him before, here, and some other pet co...store......they all died
I really killed quite a few

what do they look at when they die? I can barely see mine it is my 1st and I've had it about as long as u have had urs. I tried giving it a silverside but couldn't tell if it ate it or not it looks purple and it's arms are thin?

Glad for ya, he found a happy place!

My Pink tube hides from the light. He hardly sticks himself out until dark. I am glad I have moonlights.
lil.Guppy...once they find a happy place they will stay put, but looking for that happy spot can be very taxing. They get into the power heads and behind rocks and places where you can't enjoy them, like it a corner somewhere.
If you get one, be sure to cover your power heads with some kind of filter to prevent them from committing sushi.

They also tend to move if you don't feed them adequately. They will move in search of food so to speak. You HAVE to feed your anemones btw.

SHHHHHHHH!!!!....A lot of people don't think you have to feed them....I feed mine...she eats shrimp, scallops, silversides, squid....I take a piece of the rays treat and give it to the anemone...

Yeah, zooxanthallae isn't enough. It's not like God gave it a mouth because he thought it looked cooler with one
I'm pretty sure that mouth serves a purpose.
