Looking for Best HOB Skimmer

I currently have a Prism skimmer and want something that is an upgrade from the current skimmer I have. Its a 46 Gallon reef tank. What is considered the best and why? Has to be a Hang on back.

I just ordered a Octopus BH100SS...I also needed a HOB and was space limited....I shopped and asked for advice, and everyone pointed to this one
I will get it next week, so I can not give you usage experience...only tell you that out of all the ones I looked into...this one won the vote
and it was $129

+1 This is the exact skimmer that I have and it works great.

Seems like the AquaC Remora is getting a lot of praise. I'll look at this Octopus though. Don't know much about it

Actually I was going to get the Aqua C Remora......until I started asking here, and the reviews all went towards the Octopus

OK. I was reading a little about it. Does this have a pump outside the tank? If I am not mistaken one model has an exterior pump, the other has pump in the tank? I would prefer outside with a surface skimmer

I have the octopus bh-100f on a 30 mantis tank. Pulls a fair amount of skim despite the low bio-load. I like it but the initial setup was a little tricky. The instructions are awful.

Not to my knowledge.....I believe the pump in inside...

I up graded from a Prism to a octopus skimmer, there is no comparison. I have a 800s on a 75.

I have a Deltec HOB that came with my tank (used on CL). It skims great, but I've had a hard time getting it to start after I stop it. It feels like a gamble every time I turn it off, but that could be something I'm doing wrong.
The Deltec HOB is pretty expensive, but the pump is outside the tank.
