looks like a larvae: Id please

I've noticed these white tube like larvae looking things, and they seem to be multiplying. any ideas? thanks- sorry for the small pics

Can you get a better picture or describe them in more detail?
My first guess would be Sycon Sponges.

They could be flatworms too.
