Hi All, just got a 29 gallon set up from a friend of mine that was downsizing some items. He had neglected the tank for a few months so I had some cleaning to do. I've had the tank set up for about 2 weeks now. Thanks to the awesome IDs sections I know I have 3 damsels, some small crabs and snails, a couple of bristle worms, coraline growth, the beginnings of some neomeris and some amphipods. I brought as much water and sand of the original tank as I could. I'm noticing more and more critters on the LR and I'm totally hooked on this site for all the information it provides. Seems like I've been on here everyday since I got the tank. I also have a 75 gallon fresh with Red Devils, some various cats and another 29 with some 5 year old gold fish that are big enough to eat (if your were so inclined).

Here is a pic of what I've got. It's pretty bland so far when compared to the set ups of seen on here, but I prefer to walk first. If all goes well with this, I may switch my 75 over and use this one and my other 29 in conjunction. Still learning about the fuge and sump tank stuff.

LOL every time I get near my tank with a camera they hide. Welcome...yeah, that 75 is going salt...I can see it in the future LOL
This hobby is addictive.

There are only 3 itty bitty damsels. A purple, a white and a green. The purple is normally the only one that swims around. The other two stay near the top or in a corner until it is feeding time. Of course they hide when the camera comes out. Honest, they are in there. I haven't noticed them fighting at all. I'm pretty sure they have their assigned pecking order all ready figured out. The purple is the most active. I was wondering about the sand bed depth. Is there such a thing as too much?
