hey guys,
I have a mandarin goby in my 30 gallon tank and have had him for prolly over 6 months now. Yes there is a lot of live rock in there but not sure the exact amount. But anyways I have been told that they very rarely eat any pellet or flake food, but that is what all mine eats! yea there are copods in there and I know he eats those too but it almost seems as if he perfers the pellets, he watches them float down and almost chases them so he can eat the pellets. also the other day I put a chunk of frozen herbivore/seaweed food in there and he went after that and ate that too. IS THIS NORMAL??
thanks,

Nope. That's definately not normal. I worry about nutritional deficiencies but if it's working then that's great.
