:hilarious Class 197 here, 1994. Bone spurs on both feet forced me into a different job.
Lots of good points, I would never think of giving the answer "it cant be done, or I dont know" to my CO. But in the civillian sector you hear it all the time. Folks simply shrug their shoulders, turn you off or arent willing to work a minute past 1700.
In the military you learn to make things happen, to be resourceful and innovative and to perservere through challenges, this is why I have so much respect for fellow retirees and Vets.
