Massive crap going on...

Hey Keith, my lfs was out of that last sunday. I will check again this Sunday and try it.
Clown trigger looks like she's suffering. Rapid breathing and ick covered... she still eats but she's laboring... It hurts me seeing her this way.
I'm increasing the feeding to twice a day now to keep the immunity up.
blue tang looks alot better. (she's the first one to get ick...) and all of them actually is looking better with quick cure treatment.

I feel like I'm making small steps at a time but important ones.
I can now look at his videos without completely losing it. I think my wife will appreciate that...
My tank is still in a rough state but I just gave up on being upset. I will do what I can to save it with best of my abilities but I won't let it consume me. I need to take care of me right now.
Clown looks bad, blue tang looks horrible
huma, red corris and purple tang looks good. (minus the hlle that is..)

Tank is somehow surviving. Blue tang is more timid then usual and won't come out as much but once she does, she will still eat like a champ...

So I was on a mini vacation and came back after 4 days and boom.. tank's overflow airpump is broken and overflow is clogged... good thing is that it didn't overflow onto my floor due to metal halide's strong lighting evaporating the water... bad news is that they have been sitting on same crap water for 4 days when they are just getting out of this funk.
Did 5 gal quick change last night. Planning another 10 on Sunday.
fixed all the tanks, cleaned and maintained everything. Took me until 2 am last night to finish...
Everyone is looking ok so far so that's a plus for me.
Will keep everyone posted and post more pics.

So the tank is recovering.
I have lost
fish:
clown trigger, purple pseudo, flame angel
coral:
Large hammer
Red brain coral
green plate
green star polyps
xenia
It's a big loss and I feel like crap every time I look at my tank but I'm sucking it up and trying to looks at the bright side. (which is that I didn't lose the whole tank)
Purple tang healed up completely from severe HLLE. That's one thing that makes me happy. Also blue tang has recovered well as well. Her sides were really bad looking from scratching so much due to ich.
Thanks so much for all your support and help guys.
Parameters are back to normal now and I have been ich free for close to a month. I'm going to wait another month to be safe to start stocking up again.
Mean while, I'm trying to aqua scape my tank again so that the wrasse can't mess up my corals any more sigh....
and work on my phosphate...

Well Siptang It is also like a fresh start for your tank which will be good and now you know most of the do's and dont's.

yea. thing is that I already knew alot of dos and don'ts already. It's just that these incompetent people sold me contaminated water which killed everything in my tank...
Good thing about those incompetent fools is that I got my salt for EXTREMELY cheap. (check out my other thread here)

Did you confirm that there was something wrong with the water? You might want to start a progress topic showing the renovation of your tank in the hobby forum, with pics, of course.

hey beth.
found out that water was straight tap water because water in my dt was showing good amount of chlorine and also found out a day later citys water was shut down for 2 days because ecoli virus was found in the water sysfem... God knows what other things were in there. One of the guy who used to work there told me that they barely have any training and they mess around a lot so he wasn't surprised that the ro-Di machine wasn't set up properly...
