Just raised the level and turned down the flow and it helped a bit. Does the flow make much of a difference in water filtration since I adjusted it?

So I bought my clowns a little friend yesterday!
Tailspot Blenny!
He's cool as sh*t! He's already found a safe place in one of my rocks. That little guy tucks right in there with his giant eyes, checking everything out. From time to time, one of my clowns would see him and swim close and check him out. My tailspot wasn't to happy with that at first! His mouth opened up real big!
Anyway, I think he will be a great addition as he picks away at the rocks and goes nuts on the mysis shrimp.
