Maybe OT...What made you choose to go with Saltwater???

Went to Maldives and swam with Sharks, Trigger fish, and all sorts of fish with all the colours of the rainbow at the tips of my fingers.
There was one particular fish that I wanted to identify so I did a search on the Web, found this web site and got hooked.

The fish ...they are more pleasing to the eye than freshwater. (in my opinion)

Ever since a child I've gazed with wonder at the lfs sw section. It was like candy just out of reach. After over 15yrs of fresh I decided to make the jump and fell flat on my face three years ago. My first attempt was a disaster but thanks to the wealth of knowledge on the internet and this board I've been pretty succesfull this time around. Hello susie, hope everything is well. Those two urchins are have since grown tremendous and are still hanging around in my tank.

I guess I'm the first to say that my friend got me into this hobby. Now she keeps 100+ gal while I keep 10 gal. Though I manage to keep a reef . It's just a plain beauty.
