Well the intransitive verb souse can mean plunge in liquid, immerse,drench or saturate so I guess the clams were soused in white wine and butter. Merry Christmas to you also

I'm bored to death....this Christmas did not turn out as planned.....was supposed to have all 7 grandchildren together last night....we had 2..then today my daughter in law came over with the other 2...my husband has to work tonight so I am now home alone

my other daughter who has the other 3 grandchildren decided to move (long story) and is now 90 miles away so she could not come at all
