Well thought I would share again got some new Buff Orp's chicks - first shot they were sleeping then they woke up. They are a very gentle breed as far as chickens go. Son named them Twix, Bounty, Areo and Coffee Crisp.

Thanks meow - i wasn't going to get them but they are a difficult breed to find up here in Canada - much like macro algaes j/k. Dogs aren't to happy about them.

They're really cute! LOL.. "they're almost like macro algae". You know you're a serious reefer when you compare baby chicks to macro algae.

Very cute! My family hatched a batch when I was in 4th or 5th grade. I loved having them around! They're cool little animals.

Thanks everyone they are a lot of fun, my son has his funny ways of telling things apart. I think the dogs want to tear them apart though. Maybe they will be friends some day.

Hey Al!
I had no idea you raised chicks.
You continue to be a man of many interests and talents.
I wonder about the names though. Wouldn't "Lunch", "Dinner" and "Hot Wings" be more appropriate?
When they grow up, could you see how their capes mature and let me know if they are free of webbing? High quality capes go for $90+.
Send me their capes and I will tie you as many dry flies as you want...

Just kidding, I recently found out I am a member of PETA*

You are so bad, LOL - these little guys crawl on my arm like a parrot, and you want to turn them into Kentucky Fried Chicken. Spoken like a true southerner LOL
