Yea me too, I do like trochus they are good snails. I know everyone swears by scarlet hermits, but I have had nothing but horror with the little terds. I bought 14 about a month ago here locally and put them in a quarantine with around 100 empty shells for a while before i added to my main tank. One killed all the others except 2. I kept finding their little bodies and couldn't , for the life of me, figure out was going on. All parameters were good. I thought maybe they were just trying to switch shells and got caught out in the open. They weren't molts. Ive kept them for a long time and never had a problem like this. Finally I stayed up late and watched and sure enough. He was dragging them out of their shells and killing them then just moving on to the next. Serial Killer hermit. Go figure. I squashed his ass with a mallet hammer. Im still leary of buying anymore but I gave in and got 50 from here that'll be here next week. Crossing fingers I have no more serial killers in that bunch.

I sure hate it. On the way home from work this morning I saw our city snow plow. I watched him spend at least 20 mins plowing a car wash early this morning when I was switching over!! What since does that make? Who in gods name is going to wash their car in -10 degree weather?

<------- those roads will get slushy and messy as soon as that stuff starts melting. Super car wash time.
Car washes are places of business just like anywhere else, people slip and fall and break their back, they sue because the parking lot wasn't properly maintained.

Speaking of sueing lol read this.
Mrs. Merv
Grazinski, of Oklahoma City , Oklahoma , who purchased a new 32-foot
Winnebago motor home. On her first trip home, from an OU football
game, having driven on to the freeway, she set the cruise control at
70 mph and calmly left the driver's seat to go to the back of the
Winnebago to make herself a sandwich. Not surprisingly, the motor home
left the freeway, crashed and overturned. Also not surprisingly, Mrs.
Grazinski sued Winnebago for not putting in the owner's manual that
she couldn't actually leave the driver's seat while the cruise control
was set. The Oklahoma jury awarded her, are you sitting down?
$1,750,000 PLUS a new motor home. Winnebago actually changed their
manuals as a result of this suit, just in case Mrs. Grazinski has any
relatives who might also buy a motor home

That is the type of people the state of oklahoma is plagued with

I used to live in Idabel. Moved in the seventh grade. How has the town grown? I had a paper route around time and I think it took about 2hrs to cover at a lazy pace.
BTW, send some of that snow to Utah we need it.

On the news, they just showed a pic of a snow plow flipped over in OK.
Also, I saw a news story about a motorist who was stranded on a highway. His car got stuck in a snowbank and 2 "good" Samaritans stopped to help, a man and a woman in the same car. The woman gets behind the wheel and the 2 men push the car out. The men get the car out and the woman keeps driving, and the man hops in his car and drives off leaving the stranding motorist more stranded than he was in the beginning.
