mornings; the love hate thing

I love mornings as they are peacefull and I have some time to myself to do things...... like re arrange my tank a bit before I head off to work (this morning I just redid the flow in my tank by repositioning a few powerheads) was fun.
I hate mornings, I usually work nights so getting up early is a real battle. and the coffeee maker is always slow for the first pot (ok maybe not but it sure feels like it when I am waiting for it to perk)
how about you love or hate mornings and why?

I love mornings as they give me a few minutes of good belly rubbing time with my dog. We all usually wake up around 6:30 and he'll jump up on the bed between me and my wife and we have a good 10 minutes of playtime before getting up and getting in the shower.
I hate mornings because even if I have absolutely nothing to do that day I can't sleep late anymore if I wanted to. 7:30 is a late sleep for me these days...

I do not like anything about mornings..lol.....I am a snooze button person....thank goodness I only have to get up to an alarm 4x a week....

At least that is how I read it the first time...
btw I HATE THE MORNING. I'm not a morning person. My eyes don't work, my brain has a heavy fog on it. And it takes me forever to get going in the morning. Like this morning, when I read your post...

Playtime for the dog, not my wife and I!!!
Although I do catch the dog watching every now and then...

Love mornings, get my wife's lunch made, see her off to work and take my dogs on their morning walk.

Love the morning, get up, brush your teeth, feed the fish, go outside for a bit and breathe/smell the fresh air.
Hate the morning, got to get up early, once you get used to waking up early, you can't sleep very late because your eyes automatically open up. lol

Hate the morning. I get up before 6 and am not allowed to drink coffee (tea it is).
I love the mornings. I get to take a relaxing drive before school. I can go to school 15 minutes before anyone else gets there and enjoy some time being alone. Think about how much time in a day you get to be alone with no distractions whatsoever.

That's not a mystery at all. During REM your body ensures that adequate blood supply is given...
Another reason is due to the deep relaxation caused from sleep. Wake up sweating from a nightmare and...well you can fill in the blanks from here.

Love mornings when I wake up with my kids. They always wake up in a good mood and just sit and play and watch cartoons while I get ready. Definitely my favorite time with the kids.
Hate mornings... I average about 5 hours sleep per night and waking up is usually a %$&*.

i love the mornings, i can have the worst day ever the night before and wake up happy as can be, and i wake up around 5-ish so i have time to get a half hour shower, and then just go slow and relax before i have to go t school at 7. there isnt a single thing i hate about getting up early either im just weird i guess. but thats me

When we were little kids, my folks bought us a puppy and would toss it in our bed to wake us up. Because even as a 3 and 4 year old, I'd get angry when my mom woke us up.
