I would get a Golden Heart Trigger, they are fairly new to the trade, even 6 monthes ago they were very expensive, the price has come down quite a bit in the last few months, I have seen them now for about $100 or so....They are closely related to the Queen Trigger.
Queen, Blueline, and Titan would be great as well....And agree with Hammer, no reason to do an Undy in such a large tank, you could easily do a Undy in a 75.

definatly get a Clown Triggerfish, they are fun to watch! Mine will follow me back and forth in the tank waiting for me to put some food in..I can hand feed him too....They are mean and have very sharp teeth (since he is small right now, I put my hand in and let him bite me and man they will hold on to) If someone just wiggles their finger in the tank he will come flying up to get them. They are also very smart! I do not know how fast they grow, but ive been told they get up to a foot long...plus even though they are mean they are beautiful fish for a aggressive tank...I dont know about the octopus, they are excellent escape artist, so unless you have a bolted down top , I wouldnt consider it. haha

You can feed the Clown Triggerfish, any meaty frozen food. Mine LOVES frozen brime shimp, I also give him one freeze dried krill everday. People will tell you they eat some seaweed, well I bought some for triggerfish and he doesnt care for it, he wants MEAT! but still chooses doesnt care as much for squid either.

A quick search would appear to prove AK correct, the Stone Trigger gets to 100 cm long, the Titan 75....Although "commonly" would be the questionable word here.

My bad on my terrible wording. The titan tigger
, is the largest commonly commercially available trigger. The Stone is the largest period.
Actually, it should be potentially on the titan, as they are usually available only in smaller sizes. You'd probably have to house one over 1' in a steel box for shipping

are titan triggers really that agressive? i always heard clowns were......also for my 180 tank what equipment will i need? such as skimmer right now i only have nanos so ima need alot of help

If you want a real "oooh" and "aaah" fish that will really get attention from visitors; a huge Clown Trigger is hard to beat....IMO.

I think it would be fine, as the only fish in a 180. It will spend 90% of its time begging up front anyhow. BTW, watch your fingers when in the tank; I had one draw blood a couple times.

I saw a "Trigger Aggression Scale" a while back, it breaks them down on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the most aggressive, the following were 5's
Queen
Titan
Yellow Margin
Blueline
Undulate
Clown got 4, but I agree with SrFisher, they are a very attaractive and interesting fish as a Single specimen, then again aren't they all

I think you should do a Clown with and Undulate, I think they would tolerate each other in a 180.

i fell in love with the Australian Lunula triggerfish..........any one have information or it?
A bit overpriced IMO, I think a Huma is prettier for about 1/10th the price, the Lunula's I see are typically around $300
Looks like a really expensive Assasi.
