MP-40 vs. 2 MP-10's (BTL or Meowzer and don't forget Gemmy??)

Well went to go get the MP-40 and they are not getting them for another couple of weeks at my LFS....... Is there a back order on them or something????????
ahh that stinks. I don't believe there is a back order but my LFS stopped carrying them simply because they make you spend a certain amount to order from them, and let's face it, not everyone wants to buy a $300+ powerhead every day.

Google MP40....there are a lot of online places that sell them with free shipping....and you usually pay NO tax when you buy online.....

Google MP40....there are a lot of online places that sell them with free shipping....and you usually pay NO tax when you buy online.....

Yeah they are just barley starting to carry them...... so this is the initial order I guess....... Yeah its hard to choke that cost down..... How long are they rated to last?

I actually have no idea. But I can tell you that running Korallia's on wave makes beats them up. I was loosing my Korallias in less than 6 months, so I had to switch to something else. The space you save and the extra movement you get out of one MP40 vs 5 Korallias is worth it.
I've had one of mine for 2 years or so now and it still runs great. My other one is a reconditioned, so who knows.
