....depends....I wouldn't do one that big, I'd do more frequent 3g changes....if you are trying to correct something...
I don't think you ever told me what you had for a cuc?????
what do you mean you let it sit on the side????? You need to use ro/di water....that may be part of your algae issues....you can buy it at walmart if you have to for now....

for my cuc, i have 2 snails and 1 crab, that's it

first, i wonna fix all of my levels, calcium KH, then i will add few more corals and another 2-3lb of liverock

got 4lb+ of live rock today, will be getting few more corals suturday

do you guys think i should get a background picture? I'm thinking just to get a plain blue

i dont get 1 thing. i been looking at others tanks and they all seem to be colorful, but mine is just plain...

well if you are talking about coraline growth (the hard pink stuff) it will come with time.....or when you are ready (or the tank is ready) you buy bright stuff
be patient......you should have asked about the rock before you put it in the tank....did it come right out of a tank? Was it out of water? and if so for how long before you put it in your tank?
Make sure you test your water for ammonia....JUST IN CASE

yea they took it out of tank, putted in the bag( no water) and they i putted in my tank, probably 5 min after i got it.
right now all levels are good, except calcium is TOOOO low, and KH is kind of high, but closer to normal level

just got my new powerhead in the mail, moved some stuff around, and added cleaner shrimp. My tank starting to look better

i just moved my corals around, but i'm not sure if it's safe for them to be so close to each other.
can bubble and mushrooms can be so close to each other? Also i read that bubble like low movement of water.

The bubble needs to be away from stuff, they have tentacles that come out and will sting...and they like flow, BUT not a lot. make sure their bubbles aren't being blown around.....I don't see many bubbles on it though

the first pic in this post it was all open.....the last few pics don't look too good.....what kind of lighting do you have?

try putting it where you have the kenya (or colt) on the right ...and just move the kenya somewhere else

the biggest problem i have right now is my calcium level is at 260-280, all other levels are good. what's the fastest and safest way to raise my calcium?
