How much flow do you have now with you return pumps?[/QUOTE
I'm guessing around medium to low flow around 2200gph for flow. Just enough to keep my my white tip torch coral and my candy cane corals happy, My corals are happy-er then what they were in the 55gallon I know that.
I'm thinking about just getting 2 of the #6 pumps above and go from there. What you thinking jpa0741?
Thanks again
Brian

Ohhhh I LOVE your tank!
Did you get nervous when they were drilling the holes in the back?
Thank you lil.guppy. No not nervous at all, I also drilled my 55g reef which I plan on adding onto the 150s filtration and use it as a frag tank.

That would be a great start. Down the road when you start adding SPS you can add more if needed.

LOL, Well here's my secret,I use to work on the 150g when it was at my local pet store, I did all water changes/cleaning duties, So when the owner told me to put the for sale sign on it I just said I'll buy it? And she said ok $700.00 and its yours

Thanks dustyboy I appreciate the comments, A lot of work went in the 55g reef I was very happy with it,but I am a tang lover so that's why the up grade, here's a video of my 55 two weeks before I took it down..My son did the recording so its put on photobucket sideways lol....Enjoy....
I would do the upgrade too. Tangs are awesome. Too bad I only have a 10 gallon.
I'll get up there someday though.

Hi everyone ,
I'm back lol, hope nobody forgot about me
Anyways I got my new lighting its the t5 outer orbit pro with 12 lights in it and no leds, so that's my next buy, Here's a pic of the tank just taken yesterday,

I have other pics below for you to see/comment on if you would like...If you have question's feel free to ask.
Here's a new crab i bought, I think its a sally light foot crab?

And here's my new 6 inch Powder blue tang, Its doing/eating very good so far.., as I know these fish are very hard to care for.

And here's my Yellow tang it's 5 inches long and also doing/eating good. The first day the two tangs had a 20min battle then all was cool. And also in the pic is a new Copper band butter fly fish...Its also doing/eating well.

Lps, Candy cane coral also doing well...top right is Pom-pom exzenia, lol correct my spelling on that please.

Soft coral, Mushrooms. does anybody know what kind?

Lps White tip torch coral, I almost lost this coral 2 months back when it was in my 55reef, I cut way back on spot feeding it. I was feeding it live shrimp/frozen shrimp/ and some home recipe stuff I found on the internet. My guess was. it was taking in to much phosphates .It's only spot feed 1 time a month.

Soft coral, Pulsing exzenia I also just bought..The spelling is wrong again lol

Green manderin, Doing/eating good thanks to my 125g refugium/sump.

So as you see by the above lighting and the pics I decided against buying mh lighting for two reasons 1. the cost and two I really chickened out of doing Sps corals, I really don't know anything about sps other then there needs
so maybe a new sps tank only in few years.
Again any questions or comments feel free to yell, I'll be posting new pics in a week or so and we'll see how things grow and the different stages the tank goes through...
Thanks for looking.

Beautiful tank setup

What power head did you ever decide on? I am looking at the Koralia 4 myself for my 90 Gallon.
Thanks for the comments, Actually I didn't buy a koralia lol, I decided to wait for some extra cash and just use regular power heads...you can see them in the top left in the first new pic I posted today..But I am buying 2 koralia 5s in a couple months.
Thanks for the question.
