I have a 14g BioCube that has cycled with stock lighting. I am comparing the different AquaPods and BioCubes that have stock lighting to see what corals work the best with that lighting. I am trying to determine which corals thrive the best higher in the tank and lower in the tank. I have a few "choice" locations high up in the tank that I want to reserve for the higher demanding light corals.
Thanks for the pics and info it has helped.

well the only things that i have come across are:
1) my candy canes went through a stretch where they didnt look too hot...i moved them around in the tank and they started to look better, but have a down day every so often
2) my bigger thing of zoos havent been opening up lately, i keep moving them around and havent gotten the same results as from when i first got them...im hoping stronger lighting down the road will help..
hope this helps some

they used to host the hammer coral but havent been as of lately, idk why? one just kinda chills at the top of the tank while the other roams about..

huh, that kinda sucks, I just got a baby perc and it already is in my frogspawn. How long has it been up and running?

hope your light is coming soon. that is a lot of coral for 24w. other than that along with some coraline algae growth this tank will be great.
I like it looks good!

k so i got the new lighting...no pics yet.
i cant believe the difference!!!!! it's unreal at how much prettier the new lights make the tank...
the bad news however, is that my tank is a bowfront and has a filter built into the back of the hood so the arrangment is kinda screwy...
i will be upgrading tanks when i get back from spring break (palm beach, fl baby!!) and will post pictures then!!

Do you have a new picture with the new lights? And by the way very nice tank. What size are you upgrading to?
