i reprogram the light schedule due to extreme weather plus so cal fire. the stupid controller would not manual turn off form the computer nor through aquabus i waited 3o minutes for it to turn off so i just unplugged the outlet. i am really questioning about the 6 months waiting ...i don't think they do the proper testing for the $500 controller that is 100 % pain in the a##

i update my firmware from neptune. @ the moment its working well but i still unable to connect to internet

the apex is down again i woke up and the refugium light is off but the metal halide is on. call the neptunesys but he can't fix the problem because of att uverse router

temporary apex set up are running turn out i have the wrong module running . i got an additional eb 8/dc 8 directly from neptunesys. because they think the dc 8 was bad .still trying to figure out how to get a email and check the tank from another computer.

Sorry your having a hard time with your controller. I dont know anything about them but i tought I'd offer some support. Good luck! You can do it!

i have a fellow local reefer who help me today to program everything he had a very very hard time too even with his I.T. consultant and System administration with a neptune ac 3 for his 1000+ gallon tank. but i have a bad eb8 to begin with but the replacement should be here tuesday because it was ship friday afternoon. I am so suprise how people can be so nice to stranger in this hobby.
