Your tank is awfully pretty for you to be having so many technical issues with your equipment. It seems like everybody that uses that apex controller has issues with it though. I've never used one but from what I read in the forums, people get them and talk about having to replace parts or something didn't work and they had to call for technical help and such. I'm sorry for all the issues you seem to be having, but your tank looks absolutely fabulous!

very nice tank, everything looks great, like the 7 firefish, cool little guys. The orange shoulder is an awesome tang, my personal favorite.

once your corals get bigger please frag me a couple of pieces. Your tank is looking great bro. And the leather corals you traded me are growing in my tank also. I already fragged them a couple of times.

So your saving on electricity? Do you have an automatic top off system? And is this fan venting working out for you more than the chiller?

i have to be cautious about energy consumption. the ATO is always in my tank . i will never start a tank without it!.chiller is just a back up it case my fan failed to cool my tank down! but it was running so much before because temp was too high 100+ @one time outside! i am loking forward for fall and winter my temp should be @ 78-80 during the coldest months without a heater

Thanks in advance,
i have a euro reef calcium reactor right now i will sell it soon
very cheap i paid 700 for the set up last year include 5 lbs co2 with regulator and euro reef calcium reactor and media. make an offer.pm me
the calcium reactor will make you life easier with reefing !just change the media every 6 months.less water changes too
because your calcium ,alkalinity and magnesium will be stable.just add lugol's solution on your tap off maybe a kalkwasser once in a while.
ps i have not change my water for a while now even with a lot of calcium eaters on my tank. come look at the tank
