my 300 gallon mixed reef recreation diary

its been a year now since i consolidate all my tank to one on old 300 gallon fish only tank with 150 gallon sump.i want a mixed reef tank and slowly coming to reality.
Dedicated powerlines, water lines ,r/ o unit ,drain lines and custom cabinet are installed. i upgrade my skimmer to msx 300 from asm g4,get a ph controller for my calcium reactor and start a refugium
The tank was filled with soft corals ,LPS and a frag of sps then let it cook for a year .i recently tried if i am ready to venture to SPS again so far so good. my mutiple purple montiporas and birdsnest are doing good .i am hoping to get more acro frags this weekend.

tank looks good...top half full of sps should make it look awesome..and wats up with the girly drink

i also see u have a orange shoulder tang..has urs started to change color yet..mine is starting to have the grey show up on its face...

+1. Funny about the Smirnoff Ice. I didnt catch that. I had to go back and look at the pictures.

hahaha dont feel bad bro. i took a picture the other day of my reef and after looking at the pics i had to go back and retake it because you could see my wine cooler in the back ground. lol
i dont care what my friends say. those things are tasty haha
I make up for it though since my other favorite drink is jack D on the rocks.

the pb are in the sump until i remove all of the evil damsel
the skimmer is kicking some nasty *ss ..

bought some green with purple rim montipora and red montipora colony today ,along witha frags of green slimmer,florida orchids,green birdnest.green stylophora,roscoe's blue acropora.also trade a purple monti for a common orange monti
