I knew everyone was talking behind my back.

Your tanks ugly and your skimmer is underated...

So how do I get one of those pink bubble tips when it splits again? I want mine before Jess gets hers.

Is really funny to see nissan theyre like C$^%! Its back...RUUUUUUUUUUN!! But the funny thing is he sees the goby whip around a corner or out of a rock unexpectedly and he does the same S@#$! Its back RUUUUUUUN! Is like I bought a bunch of fish that are gloraphobics, blindfolded them, took them to town square and set them free in public during a flea market! LMAO

and Gill we'll see- and your right my skimmer IS underrated- I just am glad its not overrated--hint hint at the hosting/ being hosted thing---youre slipping old timer lol

Hes just a character and a busy body- never sits still is constantly hunting for stuff is pretty interesting I get a nervous complex if I watch him for too long

Well finally picked up my dslr today- a Nikon D90. Was a bit expensive but I love it- havent figured out how to use 99% of the features yet, nor have I figured out the functions of the 3000 buttons on it(I think ones an emergency eject button lol) but without having a clue on how to set anything it still takes better pics than my point and shoot thing I had just a few pics of my same boring stuff:

Thanks so much for the always kind words guys- meowzer hes darkening up a bit but is still pretty bright- I guess the T-5s he was under originally just werent enough but whatever he winds up looking like - as long as it not like buddy holly or michael jackson(dead) Ill be happy with as long as hes healthy. Seems to be hes getting pretty big compared to when i put him in.

Its all good man forgot to mention also have the actinics which are 2 39W geissman powerchrome 1 violet and 1 true blue actinics and my moonglows which actually are very bright for moonglows so had the whole spectrum although the moons obviously will never be noticed in anyway with the others being on. Let me know how the T5's workout for you.

frogspawn looks great! and that's a good camera that you got. I have a canon DSLR. Once you start getting those lenses you will love your camera even more. Get a macro lens!!

I wouldn't think you go half assed. I got you figured for a whole ass kinda guy

So as a person who is interested in but not sure what to buy, why the Nikon D90? I am looking at the Canon XSi but just not sure. They got the XS, the XT1i, the XSi, and a couple more. The Nikon scares me cause I bought a point and shoot, mind you a $400.00 camera, and its so dang complicated that I worry the rest of Nikons products will be the same.

I hear ya Gill I actually have been figuring it out and theres a guy on youtube thats an expert he does a whole tutorial of EVERYTHING the D90 does and shows you how to set them is real helpful i believe its elitevideos.com just type in nikon d90 on youtube and it says d90 walk through youll see - also Canon just came out with the T2i also just hit stores around here this month. I think all the dslr's functions and setting are about the same amount of crap to learn- the pics i took with my D90 was when I just took itout of the box, put the sd card in it, mounted the lense and snapped on auto mode. go for it lol
