Ive got two nudibranch as well and I noticed that they spend most of their time in the liverock. If you give your tank about 12 hrs of lighting a day and promote algea growth they will come out. Mind you that youll probibly have to get up just before sun rise just to see them or in the middle of the night. They usally come out at night. I think your peppermint shrimp Might be hidding either behind your LR or it might have dug a hole under your LR. I Have a coral banded shrimp and its got a blueish, purpul back it looks so cool but its aways hidding in my LR. I also love my nudi branches as well but Ive also got the same problem you do. they hardly come out.
