So cute. Why cheesy dub?
Hamsters do have tails...little stubby ones.
Guinea pigs don't have tails (well they have really really short ones). But this is a cool hamster, she's golden and isn't one of those mean dwarf hamsters.

I don't think I could ever get a hamster after my incident last week...
I was at camp checking a tribe out, so I was doing the camp inspection (site guide duties). Anyhow, the kids put all the tent flaps up, I check the tents, then put the flaps down.
Well I go to put a flap down and I saw a very large mouse hiding behind it. This wasn't just any old mouse. This was a pregnant mouse that had a baby half in and half out as well as 4 other nursing mice sucking its colostrum.
It was a beautiful site...until the momma freaked out and took a dive from the top of the tent. Two babies fell off and smacked the ground hard and then immediately stopped breathing. The other two broke the momma mouse's fall as she landed on the ground. She scurried away and there lied 4 dead baby mice on the cold hard ground.
As I walked away I saw a bird fly over there and "fix" the problem.

Baby mice are full of protein and energy which the mother may be lacking due to birth...so will she eat them? Yes and no. In this case I would go with no...
