My heater malfunctioned and the temp went from 80F to 90F in about 2 hours.

The tank is at 84F right now and THANK GOD EVERYTHING is OK. The tank is a full blown SPS/LPS with a few softies. Everything is fully open and is happy and fine right now. Its like nothing ever happened. Its a miracle that nothing died.

The heater was 10 years old. I'm not sure how many watts it was. The tank is at 81F and everything is fine.
