Here are a few pictures of my jellyfish tank. The tank is a 10 gallon. I already have a chiller. The jellyfish that I have is called Polyorchis.
Here is a picture of the drawing. The pump is going to pump into the chiller and is going to come out on the other side of the tank.

Here is a corner that is going to have a pump inside. I drilled 425 holes. It took me a while and my hand and my a$$ hurts! lol

Here is a picture of the jellyfish. Its in a tiny tank in my refrigerator.

Here are a few pictures of the complete tank.
Empty.

Getting filled.

Fully filled.

Pump pumping into the chiller.

(Sorry about the crappy quality.)
The jellyfish is going to be going into the tank tomorrow hopefully.

Wow, that Jelly fish looks so cool! Ok, call me dumb but, what exactly are the corner of the tanks like that? Just to rotate the water flow? Or is there any special reason? Again, I have no idea
Good luck with your Jelly fish!

Thanks! lol Its so that the water can move in a circular motion. A jellyfish can't have corners like in rectangle tanks and can't have random flow like in our reef tanks.

A million questions here. What does it eat? Is there no filtration? Does the tank get sand on the bottom? Does it need to have a top pc. across those two angled pcs?
That is enough for now.

you should run only actinic light, that would really bring out the colors of the jellyfish
btw, this is going to be a sweet tank, best of luck

This is awesome! Absolutely awesome. So do you just feed them shrimp? How long will this specimen live? I didn't think they lived too long and had a long life cycle. What are you going to do for filtration? Just have frequent water changes? What about biological filtration?

It eats meaty foods like tiny fish, shrimp and such. Nope, no filtration yet. Just water changes for now. Nope, it wont get sand because I will need to vacuum the bottom from the left overs and such. Nope, no top piece required.

Yeah, there is only one regular fluorescent light on the tank that's actinic I believe

Yeah. Now sure to tell you the truth. I've been trying to find that out but not a hole lot of people keep them and there isn't a hole lot of info out there. Some live 6 months and there are some that live 2-3 years. It varys from specie to specie. Water changes for now. I will add biological filtration later on. First gata get the guy out of the refrigerator and into the tank.
