Here was my first attempt at a Salt Tank. I have kept freshwater piranhas/stingray/arrowana and all other types of animals but always wanted to try salt.
I have 16 pounds of live rock, live sand.
Stock:
3 Turbo Snails
3 Red Leg Hermitts
2 Percula Clowns
1 Firefish
Coral:
Green Button Polyps
Green Zoa's
Leather Coral-not sure wut type
Frogspwan
Hammer Coral
Torch
Sun Polyps
I know I prolly have a few too much coral, but I bought it all when it was 50% off just to get it. My gr My levels are usually perfect (no ammonia/nitrite/nitrate) do water change every week. This photo is from a month or so ago, I am currently moving everything slowly to my 29 gallon I set up. It is a bit of a challenge because my green zoas have spread to multiple rocks so everything is stuck togethor. So the rock formation in my new tank is very similar to the cube. My sun polyps have also grown and are growing on a new piece of rock I will post pics of that when its all done. I plan on keeping my nano running as a hospital tank if necessary.
