My Maroon is Sick:(

I got my new Maroon yesterday. Today, I see that he has a large white spot on his rear fin. He is a baby and he seemed a little flustered when I introduced him to the tank yesterday and my peudochromis was pestering the new guy. Last night he slept up in the top corner and today he is down by the heater. What could it be? He seems very lethargic.
The spot is perfectly circular, flat, and bright white and it is located after his third stripe on the tail fin. Is it Ich?
Tank is about 2.5 months old with corals, lr, ls, and inverts.
sg - 1.022
trate - <5
trite - 0
ph - 8.0-8.4
temp - ~78
THANKS:(

The lymphocytes look puffy but this looks larger than ich and it is flat. I will try to get a pic.
I just immediately thought ich if it popped up over night due to him being stressed. Or, it could be caused by the pseudo picking at him.

Thanks for the help. I thought more people posted in here? I still don't know what to do with my fish so any help is appreciated.

I had that happen to a small basslet; it seems it was some type of fluke/bug? that evidently was in my system. If you can, I would suggest a FW dip/RO water with same PH/temp as tank. About 10-15 minutes till it falls off and return him. Or it could be a piece of sand....sometimes the fine stuff will adhere to their slime coat. Hope this helps.
