Oh I know you were backing me up! hehe. I dont wanna get into the lafishguy thing. I'll find the link and pm it to you. You can read it yourself. It's pretty harsh. But everybody that posted has a very good point. You'll see.

I have a bubble tip anemone... i take it vertically and stick it own in his mouth... he holds on and eats it. then spits out shells later...

lol it moved alot my bubble wen in a crevice to the side of a rock to the bottem... UNDER the rock .. .till i took him and put him on top.... now he is happy...

Just and updated FTS. My kenya tree is a little shrivled b/c the peppermint shrimp are bothering it a little. It's actually really huge! So since I had the cameral out documenting my terrible flood I thought I'd get you guys a pic for this thread too!

how is the sps doing for you?
well..... it's hard to tell. They are living. I had that green digitata in there for a few months and it never grew. I put it in the 90 under the pcs and t5's and it's started to grow. These new sps are looking really good with the polyp extension and all but I doubt that they will grow. I just figured that I would try them out (they were free) and if they dont show signs of growing after a few months then I'll just put them in the 90 also. Or maybe I will trade them for something else. I need to get more rock for my 90 before I add any more corals to it though! I just need to make some money first! blah!

Oh yeah, he's a monster! I'm just using coralife PC's on it! I was thinking of getting some t5's or something for it, but I dont have the cash to do something like that. Just too much other stuff I need first.
thanks for the complements!

well, since kat posted all the pics on his thread I felt obligated to do the same. his tank looks so pretty and i feel there is absolutely no comparrison between our tanks, but I still think I should try and keep up with him!
First pic- FTS 09-23-09
second pic- assorted mushrooms
third fourth and fifth pics are of the bubble coral. it's actually 7 inches across! the pic with the messuring tape doesn't really look accurate but it does give you an idea about the true size. it started at like 2 1/2 inches. I also did a top down view of it because it is really cool to see how deep it reaches into the tank!

one last pic that wouldn't fit in the last post. it is my green zoas that are growing nicely. there is four polyps on it now and two new polyps growing in the front that are really tiny and under the larger polyps.(it started with three just a few weeks ago) You can see the two "baby" polyps when the larger ones close up to feed. Also included is the birds nest that is doing shockingly well under my pcs and my torch that is still small but making good progress on growth. I think later on I will post progression pics also (good idea kat) of a few of my favorite corals.
Thanks for looking! Enjoy everybody!

great tank. My tank is going to be stocked tonight after a month of fishless cycling. I too am inexperienced. I might get a bubble coral for my baby clown. Thanks for the pics!
