Nice and clean!
If your flower pot grows bumps (hard to explain but when it retracts at night and it happens you'd know it if you saw) I would recommend pulling them off to start new colonies -- I've pulled 5 off my flower pot and now after just over a year my flower pot has finally slimed out (which a lot of people have claimed would happen). On the flip side I have 5 new flower pots still doing great but the big mother colony if finally gone after a year plus in the tank :/
