If I am out of line in anyway, please let me know, but I have to ask. Seeing as how young you are, how can you afford all of this? Again, if you dont want to answer, I understand, I just had to ask.
i work with a LFS so i get everything cheap :)

Just a curriosity here but I couldn't help notice your pictures above. The last one you posted shows the purple tang...is it just my eyes or perhaps the lighting but it kind of looks like something is on the fish? Something like white spots maybe? I can't tell.

Not without a lot more information on your testing, temperature, etc.
i think its the temp. my house is always at 75 then when my lights come on etc the temp of the tank gets to 79 and with the lights off its like 76.

I don;t think that temp would kill them
I would also rule against the temp as the cause.
Nissan: When the Ich comes and goes like that it doesn't mean that it's gone. The parasites will drop off of the fish and then spread. These new ones will then eventually attach themselves to the fish and their gills (cutting off oxygen) more and more as time goes on and the cycle continues. Also just because you don't see them on the fishes body doesn't mean that the fish isn't infected. How long has the Ich been in the system?

How many fish are left in the tank now? I ask because you are at the point where the tank needs to be fallow (without fish) for about 6 weeks to disrupt and kill of the parasite.

In order to kill of the parasite in your tank yes 6 weeks.
but that time starts from when there are zero fish in the tank.
and if you take out the tang and goby to do hospitalization on them you better be sure they are cured before putting them back into the display or the clock starts all over again.
