I live in a very tiny apartment with my wife. Our living room is about 13x13 ft and we have two couches, a TV stand, a home made book case, a coffee table and a cadenza in there - so not much space to put anything, unfortunately. I would like to sit at the TV and peddle, but there's absolutely no room. I will think of a way to keep the bike outside and not stolen in the next couple of weeks.
BTW - I weighed myself - 258!!! WOOT WOOT!

This is a more deluxe one but it will give you an idea what I am talking about. From Amazon

Yeah, if I didn't have a bum leg now I would have one of these. You can watch football, eat chips and drink beer while you work out

Yes, I am a strong minded person, and I will loose weight. I don't do the whole write down what I eat, because I'm taking that into account before I eat anything. I've become more food conscious.
Though I like the idea of eating 6 small meals a day, it's not possible with my lifestyle. I wonder how I can do cardio workouts without hurting myself/heart?
Jumproping is some of the best cardio you can get research has proven 10 mins of Jumproping equals the same cario as 30 mins of running, Its tough but start by doing 3 3 minute rounds like a boxer with 1 minute rest intervals between each round then reduce rest to thirty seconds and eventually ommitting the rest periods all together, then begin increasing time over ten minutes, not only is it great for cardio improves your balance and keeps you quick on your feet

hmm, interesting. I've tried jumping rope several times in my life - very unsuccessfully. It's something I guess I would have to practice for awhile to get right. thanks for the tip!

Alright, so today I woke up and had a small breakfast of fruit. I came home and had a grilled cheese sandwhich and tomato soup. Then, later this evening I am going to have baked chicken with veggies. yum.
excersize is going well. Taking stairs instead of elevators, which is killing my legs, but it's worth it.
