I know when I would work the Texas race, I'd have a huge headache from the noise after the race, and I was under the grandstands, and had the headsets we were selling on half the time. When i watched the race I was ok, because I had the headsets on the entire time. The only thing was we were on turn one, and by the end of the race had a tire rubber tan.

None compair to the loudness of the NHRA nitro classes you feel the ground shake.
I love it.I go to Gator Nation in gainsville every yr and HomeStead raceway for Nascar and Indy races.Indy cars can be loud but after 10 laps they are scattered out on the track.Bristol is loud though.

This just in Blocking of JR now officially illegal! When Jr. Drives the field must part and let off so he can pass them!
Nascar's competition committee has spoken!
Oh and that official has been fired.
Plus no one is allowed signs either! except Jr.

I'm not getting it. ESPN is out to destroy the Cowboys. Mainly because Jerry Jones is bigger than ESPN and they don't like that...

All in good humor. Although sometimes, (like when they changed the rules to make sure smoke got into Daytona) I do feel that nascar does pull stuff like that. (not that they shouldn't have in Smoke's case, they should have)

By me in palm beach?They got bought out last yr.I guess the kid couldn't do it like d i ck morosso did.Now it is palm beach international raceway.

I would have to agree lol.Will never win with the meddling owner and a coach with no back bone to 2 put his foot down.

Yep, that is the track. My parents spent their winters in South Palm Beach and I'd visit them a few times a year on vacation. In Finland we got 5 weeks of annual vacation.
Isn't it Beeline Hwy that goes there? There are a couple of good salvage yards on the way there too. We'd bring quite a bit of car parts from those places every time (in a container).

Yeah, thought about it last night when I went to bed, but for what ever reason it didn't seem that important :) Looks like at least qualifying was good for me ;)
