i don't get the concept if no one got gas yesterday they would just get it today or the day before your going to get it so what is the big deal now if it was like a week or maybe that might do something i dunno if something can explain what the deal is it would be nice but were all going to get gas sometime this week

Its just a silly chain mail thats had the specifics and date changed from industry to industry while keeping the same format and has been going around for years... it couldn't possibly work, and its just foolish that even the news talks about it when. Snopes has an article on it

I don't know about ya'll but this "stick it to em day" absolutely didn't work and I knew it wouldn't....hell gas went up about 7 cents already!!
....we make them lose money so they can jack the prices up even more...good thinkin guys...:notsure:

The no gas day hurt some of the small gas stations and that's about it.
Good going.
If you want to hurt OPEC you have to stop using gas so we're not dependent on them so much. Picking a day of the week to buy it from them just hurts ourselves.

Exactly, and people wonder why I want to see alternate fuels being used now. Like hydrogen fuel cells and wind mill generators. Screw fossil fuel.

I didn't get gas that day because I didn't need it. I only have to fill up about once every 7 or 8 days. Sometimes longer.
Maybe I should take a look at my grandpas receipe for his martinis once more. I am telling you the vapors alone should be able to do something.
