Need an ID

Any ideas what this is.It appears to have antenna coming out of it.

I'm not seeing that very well. I'm thinking it might be two animals. A Tunicate/Sea Squirt/Clam with a Vermetid Snail/Polychate Worm attached.

It started out very small and has grown to this size in about 3 months. It is attached to the coral ,but it doesnt seem to be bothering it.
