LOL...well when I got home and saw how big it is....I think I am gonna cut it into 1/3's it's only hubby and me

LOL..have had the brisket (1/3) on since noon.....keeping it close to 225.....
DO I TURN IT? How do I know when it is done the temp probe???

California the Land of Mostly Fruit and NUTS. Sorry but a State that thinks a Doggy needs to be Cool but a Person in Charge of 80K lbs DOS NOT while they are trying to sleep sorry I have trouble with that. A State that thinks a 2 inch FISH is worth more than an ENTIRE TAXPAYING INDUSTRY in the Central Valley I again have massive Problems with that. The Delta Smelt almost Destroyed the Central Valley Farmers why Some Envriomental Wacko filed a Lawsuit On its Behalf saying that watering the Crops that gave the State 4 BILLION in tax Revenue was to much for its saftey.
