Need Help

Well my 90 gallon is sitting in my room dry and waiting for a filter system and my mom told me she would buy the filter system for christmas so my question is what filters would you suggest for a drilled 90 gallon, i already have a
Aqua c Remora Pro modifyed to work in a sump
i also need lighting suggestions

If it will always be FOWLR then the inexpensive strip lights will work fine. The higher powered flourescents like VHO, T5, or PC will make your tank and fish look a lot better though and will allow you some of the lower light demanding corals if you want.
For stocking that's really an individual thing. I would probably stock a 90 with;
A Centropyge Angelfish like a Coral Beauty as the centerpiece
A pair of Clownfish or a Kole Tang
An Engineer Goby
Lawnmower Blennie
and a few small fish like Neons, Clown Gobies, Barnacle Blennie, etc.
