I saw 3 of these on my green star when a crab ran across the colony and it contracted all its polyps leaving this thing hanging out on my rock.He slowly started to move like a slug to get some cover i think.
Is it bad ?

Hard to make out but it looks like a Nudibranch. I don't see any damage to your Polyps so perhaps it eats Star Polyp Slime or some other harmless thing. If it eats star polyps arnd you can get more of them you could be in business!
