Personally I don't by into wattage too much. 175 Mh bulb will give mpre light than 2 96 pcs. I have two 120 gal 5', running with 2 175 MH bulbs, 13K, and hard corals are doing very well. Sorry were doing very well, I lost most of them when the power went out. Most of the softies survived, and were also doing well. But of course lot morehas to do with corals well being then just lights. 4 watts per gallon for fish only is overkill, IMHO.
