New 55 gallon tank

ok so ive had a 55 gallon in my room for a while now but its always been freshwater but now im changing it to salt water.
ok first is this odd picture of my filter.

im not sure why its so large but anyway.
this is my empty tank.

now the water and live sand are in and all equipment is running.

now it has live rock! exactly 30lbs of figi live rock.

so exited my tanks first inhabitant.

lol just kidding i have to wait a month before i can buy any fish or inverts so i thought i would have some fun.

LOL...I care....welcome to SWF.....I hope you know you have to totally empty and resanitize the tank before you do anything for SW with it

I'm just joshing, i helped set this up, pretty sure i scaped that LR, hahaha pro me. And i'm pree sure he didnt sanitize!!!!

Lets all be nice, how many kids do you know that have began working to afford a salt water tank because its something they're interested in! Kids these days blow their money on their gameboys and toys, while i'm saving to buy a RO/DI unit.. We cant help that we're still 'kids', jeez

well all i got to say is u guys got a chuckle out of me readin all this, u gotta have fun sometimes. hope everything goes good on your journey , i'm still on mine
