so my tank has been set up for 4 years now just beed fish mostly and a 2 clowns water has been perfect for the last year plus so today i decided it was time to get a nem it was a GBTA. before i started getting a bunch of corals! i did alot of reading up on what to look for when buying one! so the one i got was extra sticky they fed him at the store and was eating and the foot looked great no tears or discolorations! i drip acclimated for 3 hours and put him where i wanted him knowing that he would never stay! . but he opened right up in about 5 min and started his walk! i know it was a kinda a light shock he went From PC's to a 250w MH and 2 65w PC, so i expected him to hide under the rocks my question is where he has stopped is a horrible spot back of the tanks and cant even see him! will he move from this spot once he is used to the lights? and second should i feed him once a week or twice! and i was going to feed fresh scallops from the grocery store is that ok???
thanks for all and any help!

As far as where he is....there is no telling. If it likes the spot it will stay, if not...it will move
I feed frozen scallops...I feed a small piece 1-2x a week. Just see how yours does and go from there
WHERE'S THE PIC????

Water current has allot to do with where the critter likes to stay. Try changing the power head directions...they follow the current because it's the natural way food will come to them.

its not if he can reach the powerhead its more if he floats into one...... they do that sometimes when they move around...............GOOD LUCK

i moved the HOB filter today it was making me a little worried so now there is nothing around him and hasnt moved in 3 days!
today i picked up some fresh scallops and shrimp! asked my bro who is a chef how long they will be ok being frozen said not long if i keep unfreezing them and cutting a chunk off. so everything has been cut and wrap individually for easy defrost! and keeping fresh sat will be first feeding!!!
