bought some mysis and everyone loved it including the sailfin. they have begun ripping the algae sheet down when I place them in the tank.

no one ever came back with the reply about the sailfin above? I supposedly bought the red sea version, but only time will tell.

I need a better camera, too! I need to get my friend to bring their professional nikon to get some good pics. I don't know how to manipulate the f stop on my camera.
I attached my sorry attemps for some photos of my Red Sea Desjardinii. Yes, she's a little skinny. She came that way and is eating non-stop. So I hope that she will fill out soon.

They get along fine! The only aggression is when I put in algae sheets. The Desjardinii does a little tail slapping - understandable as she's hungry and trying to gain some weight

Otherwise, the real aggressor of the tank is the saddleback clown. Occassionaly he takes nips at both sailfin's fins.

it shouldnt take long for the tang to fill out if its eating like a monster. Id look into maybe qt him and using prazi pro to make sure no internal parasite is there.

sorry about not replying faster we was gone for 5 days,
he/she hasn't changed much exept for spots they seem to stand out more as it got larger and this one didn't have the larger bands like the pic on the swc page of the pacific one and i did pay a little more for this one but what kind of a price do you put on Love at first sight

the pic by my nic the algea scrubber in a little one 4" tall so gives you a idea how large he is now

I'll have to see how mine looks as she gets bigger. I love the yellow. It's hard to see in the photos, but it's an orangy-yellow. So pretty
