Cmon Cranberry--
show us the money shot.......
you gotta have a picture of the bluefin's/blackfoot-axillary surface
As an FYI to most folks-- Please heed Cranberry's comments- unless you know exactly where these fish come --dont try these fish at home, they do extremely poorly

they look so small. Do they breed in "warmer temps" Then head back down to the deep where its cooler? Or am I way off?

These fish are found over a good size range (South Africa to southern Japan), however, they tend to be found in cool water (62-65F), there are small sub-populations that live in slightly warmer, but not tropical. This population from the Philippines (Cebu island) is more tolerant of warmer water (low 70s) -cooler than our reeftanks, but not too far off. So they appear at least better suited for a try in the home aquarium.
I'm hoping we can learn something from Cranberry's fishes, as these fish are coming in more frequently, and just drop w/in a few months, regardless of how well they are feeding
To my knowledge they dont head to warm waters to breed, they do everything at cooler temps and again this Cebu population appears to be a warmer tolerant fish. Lets see what happens

I was really nervous because their mouths and hunting style is exactly that of the Fu Manchu, who was one of my greatest challenges.
I taught them by using the dead ghost shrimp method. They had zero interest in a mid column swimming guppy. But now he eats anything out of the water column.

Whatever the stock pump is, which I'm not sure. It's a JBJ 28g HQI. But it's actually too much for this guy and we are going to split off the output this weekend.

Do you feed all your "fish" that way...or just when you take pics?
I wa thinking it would be an all day job to feed your crew

It's how I feed all the scorps. It's not easy feeding a tank full of aggressive scorps. If there was someone else in there with him he wouldn't have had the liberty of waiting for that fourth or so strike before he took it.... it would be in someone else's belly.
