I'm honestly not sure what you are asking for Crimzy. Are you arguing that Se x Ed classes weren't going to be offered in K classes, or that they were already being offered?
Obama said, in 2003 "But it’s the right thing to do, to provide age-appropriate --- education, science-based --- education in schools."

McCains ads are more accurate and honest than Obus saying McCain wanted a 100 year war in Iraq
Guys, this isn't rocket science. You are arguiing that the ad is accurate, right or wrong? This ad claims that Obama, by voting for this bill, supports teaching s-e-x education to Kindergardeners, right or wrong? Are we all together thus far?
So all I want to know is where do you see language in this bill that requires, or even recommends that s-e-x education be taught to kindergardeners. Reefraff, you quoted a section that identified what these classes should include. To that, I agree, this bill legislates the content of s-e-x education classes and provides for the parents to pull their children out of the classes. The section you quote clearly summarizes the point of the Bill, which is not to encourage the class but, where it is used, to legislate the content and parents' rights. Nowhere in that quote is there any suggestion that s-e-x education should be taught to kindergardeners.
But I have yet to see a single sentence that actually PROMOTES, or REQUIRES, or RECOMMENDS that s-e-x education be taught to kindergardeners as McCain's ad suggested. Not trying to confuse anybody here... but I don't think I'm asking anyone to split the atom. Just want to see where the Bill says what you suggest.
