well it really depends on you. also if you can get purigen! that helps alot as well i knida forgot

well idk really lol. like i said its how you want your aquascape to be.
and purigen is a marco-porous synthetic polymer that removes proteins, nitrites, and nitrate, ammonia, and a board spectrum of organics at a rate and capacity that eceeds all others by over 500%. it significantly raises redox and polishes water clarity.
