Ok my best advice is to remove the anenome and start over. Get ur live sand and some LR in the tank, now comes the patience part...U must wait a few weeks are check the levels every day or so. Eventually the Ammonia WILL spike and when it goes back down to zero, your tank has been cycled. With the Biocube. Your looking at probably 1 small fish. and a few inverts. If u want corals or anenmoies ur gonna need some High Power comback lights that cost a bundle.
Sorry your lfs has misinformed u. The people are not trying to discourage you their just telling you the truth, so things things u buy dont die and u end up wasting money.
