WOAH! You need to get that dKH way lower or you'll destroy your SPS. Your pH is a little high as well.
Do you dose anything? What salt are you using?
I think your water parameters are a little out of whack. Your Ca shouldn't be 390 with a dKH of 17. I'm curious to know what your Magnesium is as well (you need to test this if you're going to get into SPS).
How old are these test kits?

ph 8.2-8.3 should be right
alk 8-11 should be right
calcium 450-500
mag 1400-1500 should be fine
thats not the exact on what it needs to be but thats what i learn is the right levels to keep you water at. if im wrong please let me know

Yup, that's where the numbers need to be, especially for keeping SPS.
High dKH and pH and lower Ca (not that your number is too low) is a major concern.

pH is higher than typical but okay if its stable.
besides the dKH phosphate level is the first thing that jumped out at me. needs to be closer to .05 than .5 (optimally .01-.03).
most likely the culprit are parameters too different from what they likely came from opposed to any one thing. ora's are grown using seawater.

Ok retested all but calcium test bottle was old and i ran out
so waiting to get new
temp 79-80
salinity 1025
ph 8.3
dkh-13
mag 1125
trites 0
trates 0
ammonia 0
po 4-0 ( had just stirred up tank to clean last test)
also was using diy kalk stirrer so i think thats why mag is so low
didnt know kalk precipitats mag out of water !!!
